Lakeview Village HOA of Brandon, Inc.
About
Our Community

Lakeview Village is a Deed Restricted Community located just 6 miles East of Tampa and is conveniently located close to Interstates I-4 and I-75, and the Selmon Expressway.  We are represented by a Board of Directors who meet monthly.

Our association consists of 7 different communities and includes 915 single family homes. Our community borders Lake Mango, a 66-acre competitive ski lake and approximately 20 acres of wetlands. These protected wetlands are home to bald eagles, sandhill cranes, ibis and many other forms of wildlife.

We have three county parks, including one dog park easily accessible to our community. Many assorted restaurants are available, in addition to a movie theater complex with 20 individual cinemas. The local Hillsborough County Hart Line Bus System provides commuter express bus routes from Brandon to Downtown Tampa and regular bus service to the various shopping areas daily.

Our communities are served by two elementary schools, two middle schools, two high schools, and two private schools.
  • Limona Elementary is proud to be recognized by the state as an “A” school for 11 years. Lopez elementary has an excellent magnet program to meet special needs students.

  • Horace Mann Middle School was established in 1957 and named after a renowned educator, Horace Mann. McLane Middle School takes great pride in their heritage and enriching the students futures.

  • Armwood High School has an award winning football team and Brandon High School has an award winning wrestling team.

Our 7 Communities:  Carriage Landing, Outlook Point, Palm Ridge, Southern Winds, The Landing, The Meadows, and The Oaks.
